Intel AMT Remote Desktop tab missing

Hi, I have a very similar problem to this post:

Intel AMT KVM Remote Desktop not Available - Intel Communities

I am using HP Z8 G4 with CentOS 8, 6139m x 2, I have made sure that the BIOS is the latest version.

I enabled Intel AMT following the link below:

Intel® vPro™ Platforms/Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel®...

Everything works fine except that remote desktop is not functioning:

On MeshCentral:

Clicking on HW Connect will not work; Remote Desktop tab in Intel AMT tab is missing; KVM option missing in Active Features.

On Mesh Commander:

Remote Desktop tab is missing; KVM option missing in Active Features.

On Manageability Commander Tool:

Remote Desktop Settings shows "Disabled" and greyed out.

Following Intel® vPro™ Platforms/Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel®..., I found that my command leads to a different output:

Meanwhile, there is no on board graphics for the motherboard, is that the reason preventing me using the remote desktop?

Rupeng,

Intel® AMT HW KVM requires Intel Processor Integrated Graphics to work by its design.
your system does not have Intel Integrated Gfx at all so HW KVM is not supported on it.

You shall still be able to use Serial over LAN (SOL) AMT feature to access BIOS setup in text mode.

Please also note Intel AMT SOL is exposed/accessible to OS -usually as COM3.
you can map it to OS text mode shell console and access Cent OS remotely via HW means.
Note- SOL is text only - you need OS Shell console to work in pure text mode
