It would constantly drop DNS even though the IP address had the proper DNS server, reconnecting for a while after ipconfig release/renew. I tried all the suggestions posted in the 3160 threads. Finally, after several drivers and configuration changes, I replaced my old Linksys WRT54GS and all the problems went away. This adapter just doesn't work with this old single band (2.4) router.
