Windows 7 Adapter Switching

My new employer has tasked me with the well known Windows 7 adapter switching issue going between ETH/WIFI. Their current image does not have the Pro Set software installed (only the driver), therefor we don't have the option currently to push out a profile to the user's computers via our deployment method to enable this option. I've read on how to push out the MSI file to install the software, but has anyone been able to push out the software as well as a profile all in one shot (silently) and the adapter switching setting be enabled?

If the "driver only" is already installed, and you wish to add the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software, you will need to reinstall it, in this type of case, it is always better to uninstall old drivers if possible. Of course, you will need to create a new package including the software, adapter switching configuration, then use this new package for the deployment, adding wireless profiles as needed.

Keep in mind that Adapter Switching was last supported for Windows* 7 (not available for Windows* 8 or later), and that motherboard BIOS configuration has a higher priority about this option. Please go through the following documents for details:
