Intel PROSet update problem

I have INTEL® CENTRINO® ULTIMATE-N 6300 AGN

I'm trying to update Intel® PROSet/Wireless to last ver 17.14.0

I receive an error from Windows can not be installed

In the list of installed programs PROSet / Wireless is not displayed.

But earlier PROSet / Wireless has been installed.

How to install a new version of PROSet / Wireless and remove the old version?

When updating the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software, it is recommended to uninstall the old version before installing the new version.

See if you can find the PROSet Software in Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features.

Another option is to download and install the OEM-supplied PROSet Software. You can find it at your system manufacturer's support site.
