wifi link 1000 bgn adhoc windows 7 64

I am establishing a ad-hoc network from my ThinkPad E520 with Intel wifi link 1000 bgn to a Lantronix Matchport b/g module(http://www.lantronix.com/device-networking/embedded-device-servers/matchport.html http://www.lantronix.com/device-networking/embedded-device-servers/matchport.html). I use static IP on both devices, but I can not ping from my notebook the wifi module. Without changing any settings on my computer I can ping and communicate over TCP with other wifi devices connected in ad-hoc mode.

If I use a USB external wifi module on my notebook and deactivate the Intel card, the connection is working too. Also, other computers/wifi cards can connect ad-hoc and ping/communicate over TCP with the Lantronix module.

Attached one log-file. Is there any solution/idea?
