Intel AC9260 install issue

My computer upgrade from windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 pro. Then I install AC9260 in my Dell Optiplex XE2.

However I couldn't install Intel AC9260 smoothly.

I try to install AC9260 in two different Optiplex XE2, both have them have the same issue. I try several driver "WiFi_20.10,WiFi_20.30,WiFi_20.40,WiFi_20.50,WiFi_20.60 Driver64_Win10".

Still couldn't make AC9260 work properly.

1. Couldn't radio on/off correctly.

2. Couldn't find any SSID.

3. wi-Fi status incorrectly.

As we understand, you recently upgraded your PC from Windows* 7 to Windows® 10, and then you installed the AC 9260 in the computer.

It is important to mention that the only retail wireless adapters currently supported by Intel® are the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 + Bluetooth® for Desktop, and the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 Desktop Kit. Custom integration of other wireless adapters models is not supported. We advise you to check with the https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/OEMs.html Computer Manufacturer Support if they recommend installing the AC 9260 in your PC, and what may be required to do it.

A replacement adapter may not work for several reasons, such as manufacturer limitations, PCIe* Version compatibility, Regulatory issues, or Driver Limitations. In some cases, installing adapters in an unauthorized system may be illegal.
