We understand that you're experiencing issues with the quality of image when streaming from your Xbox One X* to your laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is recommended to use a wired connection on both the Xbox* and the laptop for a better quality. However, since the issue happens on both wireless and wired connections, the problem might not be related with your network adapters. The image is torn and flushed. 5GHz/80MHz or 5GHz/20MHz. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wi-Fi Xbox X - Zyxel Ultra 2 - Wi-Fi Asus Rog GL552VW. With a wired connection, the same happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the spelling.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
