Hello RFalc3 Thank you for posting in the Intel Community. In order to find if the CCMP-256 or GCMP-256 is supported you can go https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark.html use the search specification bar on the right of the screen and search for the wireless adapter of you preference, on the product specifications find the Product Brief and download the PDF on the encryption section you should be able to find if the adapter supports CCMP-256 or GCMP-256. For example the Intel® Wireless-AC 9260 supports the CCMP-256 or GCMP-256.
