    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried casting from a virtual machine (virtual box) using Ubuntu hosted on the same windows machine that wont work. And guess what? Everything works fine. So... It is not about chrome cast device or, windows (as i mentioned I have other machines with other adapters that works fine).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are left with a specific of YOUR driver and Chrome. Chrome works with other adapters. What have we left? Let me try... Your driver! And guess what. Windows log tells the same. So - you have a bug in your driver that your developers refuse to investigate and fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am using&amp;nbsp;Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz on MSI PS63 Modern 8M laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While casting from Chrome tab - the video freezes almost immediately as were mentioned.       <description>&lt;P&gt;muletail, Thank you very much for providing that information and those details. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Based on the report, it seems to be that the problem is actually related to the Chromecast device itself and not to the Intel® Wireless card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The fact that the laptop has Internet access through the Intel® Wireless card indicates that the card itself is working properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Besides this problem with Chromecast, is there any other issue related to the Intel® Wireless card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For this specific scenario, the next thing to do and what we recommend is to get in contact directly with Microsoft for further technical assistance on this topic since they provide all the support related to Chromecast, they should be able to provide further suggestions on this matter:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us"&gt;https://support.microsoft.com/en-us&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alberto R.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel Customer Support Technician&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A Contingent Worker at Intel&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;"it seems" - with no proof. That`s a shame. Other WIFI (even other Intel models) adapters works perfectly well.  What is really seems - there is a problem with an Intel drivers, Intel trying to get rid of responsibility. I wont recommend anyone to use those series of WiFi adapters. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried casting from a virtual machine (virtual box) using Ubuntu hosted on the same windows machine that wont work. And guess what? Everything works fine. So... It is not about chrome cast device or, windows (as i mentioned I have other machines with other adapters that works fine).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are left with a specific of YOUR driver and Chrome. Chrome works with other adapters. What have we left? Let me try... Your driver! And guess what. Windows log tells the same. So - you have a bug in your driver that your developers refuse to investigate and fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
