My AC-9560 Wireless is limiting my bandwidth in Windows 10

HI, i'm currently have a bandwidth connection of 12mb with my ISP. When i make a speedtest from my laptop, i only get up to 5mb of download speed, but if i try with any other computer or mobile phone, y get between 9mb and 10mb.(that would be normal)

I have already updated my wireless controllers, and i have windows up to date also.

I can't figure out what is causing this speed limiting from my wireless network. Or it is may be Windows?

Any ideas would be great!

Did the laptop come with the 9560, or did you add it yourself?

Yes it comes with the laptop. it is a Dell Inspiron 13 7000, i bought it this year in Miami.

I also had some issues with some routers, but as soon as i updated the controller the conexion got more stable.

Last week just realized that there was a limiting problem. I am not sure if this is about hardware or software yet

You need to contact dell for support of their laptop.
