Hi.

I bought an AX200 card, and downloaded and installed its wifi driver and Bluetooth driver. WiFi works well, but Bluetooth never works.

At first, I downloaded those drivers from http://www.edup.cn/d/intel/ax200/ax200.zip, the official website that the shop gave me. The WiFi part was successfully recognized and was found in the device manager, but the Bluetooth part didn't show there. Then I ran BT_21.30.0_64_Win10.exe (included in the zip file I mentioned before) again and deleted the so-called Bluetooth program, and downloaded BT_21.90.2_64_Win10.exe from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/29538/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10?httpDown=https%3A%2F%2Fdownloadmirror.intel.com%2F29538%2Fa08%2FBT_21.90.2_64_Win10.exe, the official website from you Intel, and ran that program. And I failed again. The Bluetooth still doesn't show in the device manager, even after I restarted my PC. I even tried to reinstall the card physically, but still failed to make Bluetooth available. I didn't find any similar problem in the Internet.

Thanks for your help in advance. Sorry for any mistake or bad expression in my words. I'm not good at using English.

Ok, I understand now. I inserted the line of the card into the motherboard wrongly.
