topic Bluetooth isn't working in Wireless

I woke up this morning and kept hearing a beeping sound. The bluetooth on my computer keeps going on and off and I can not get it to stop! It won't let me remove because it says it is in use, but it is not. Troubleshooting says there is nothing wrong, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, but it still does it the entire time!

Also, I just ran a diag of some sort and it is saying something about 'check bluetooth radio status'

I dont have any bluetooth radio to connect to. Is there a way I can screen shot that to show as well?
