Hello!

I have just set up my pc and I am trying to connect a bluetooth device to my pc! How do I do this?

What is the model of the motherboard?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

What is the model of the Intel® Wireless card in your computer?

Is this a new computer?

Was it working fine before?

The wireless card, did you purchased it separately or did it came installed in the computer?

Which Windows* version are you using?

What is the model of the Bluetooth devices that you are trying to connect to the PC?
