wireless connection issue

I have an issue regarding my wireless connection, I am using intel wifi 6 ax200 160mhz and so whenever I connect to the wifi after like 20min or so my pc crashes the whole wifi, this issue only happens when my pc is on, and so in order to fix it i have to reboot the wifi, and sometimes it just disconnect without crashing the wifi.

It might be useful to have more information. What model of laptop? What is your WiFi setup, i.e., type of router, brand, etc. What OS are you using on the laptop?

yeah sure it is as following:
laptop : Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54
Router : Technicolor TG589VN v3
OS : Windows 10

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

To better assist you I would appreciate if you could provide the following information:

Are you having issues on Wifi or Bluetooth or both?
When did it start to happen?
Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or Wireless driver update?
Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?

Please run the following tool and attach the reports generated.

Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) Download link

1.Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information.

2.By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".

3.Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

4.To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
