&lt;P&gt;This stops all downloads - i've tried reinstalling driver, changing modem settings, changing adapter settings, allowing everthing through firewall, disabling firewall, re-fitting antennas (This is a desktop). But nothing seems to be working, any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
