Brand new Surface Laptop 3

WiFi adapter stops working. I have uninstalled and updated drivers and this will solve the problem temporarily but eventually it stops working.

When checking properties for adapter in Device Manager, this is the message:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

I have run the SSU and attached to this post. Please help, Christmas present is not turning out to be such a nice present.

Thanks

First of all, you are running 19H2/1909. You should upgrade to 20H2.
Secondly, there have been issues with Wireless and Bluetooth after and Windows 10 upgrade. I suggest you do clean install of the Wireless and Bluetooth drivers. That is, with Internet access disabled, uninstall existing wireless and bluetooth driver packages, reboot and then reinstall these packages.
Hope this helps,
...S
