topic Error - Unable to start Bluetooth Stack Service in Wireless

Hi, new to this site and have the above problem.

I have a new Dell PC with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit O/S. Does anyone know why I get the above message and how do I fix it?

I also have PareToLogic Drivercure which shows that I have 23 outdated drivers! However, when I try to fix one of the drivers I get told it's been unable to install it. Just wondering if this is just a ploy or are my drivers really outdated. Dell have checked my system and say that all the relevant drivers are there. Just a bit confused with this software then.

Thanks
