Intel Wireless AC 9560 160 Mhz Taotronics earphone connection Problem

Hi,

I can not connect recently bought TaoTronics SoundLiberty 53 Pro earphones to my Lenovo Thinkpad T590 Win10 laptop which has Intel Wireless AC 9560 160 Mhz (Bluetooth driver version 22.10.0.2).

Earphone connects fine with my iphone or Dell Inspiron 5521 Win 10 home laptop which has Intel Centrino Wireless N-2230.

How could I solve this issue ?

Do you have any other devices that do connect? If not, have you checked to see if the BT device is showing up with a yellow bang?
