hi i have a dell lap top ithink it still uses intel right?

bluetooth doesnt show on device manager i even reset the lap top to factory again it still doesnt come up i believe there is no driver installed to be updated in the first place. Which driver would i need to download?

Thank you very much for your help!!! i sprend already all night and morning on this issue...

In order to get better information about your system, please download the Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan (check "Everything") and save the results. The .txt file with the results please attach to your post.
