      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Kittie,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've seen Bluetooth and wireless in-place updates BSOD. The easiest thing to try is to use &lt;STRONG&gt;Programs and Features&lt;/STRONG&gt; and manually uninstall all of the network adapter packages, including Bluetooth. Then open Device Manager and delete the devices if they still are listed, and uninstall the drivers. After a reboot, then install the latest package suite. That resolved my OS crash.&lt;/P&gt;
