ac-9260 code 3 or 39

Hello,

I usually have lag spikes and to resolve them i usually updated the drivers of my wireless card but since the 22.50 driver my wireless card wont work and tell me either a code 3 or a code 39 when i try to install a newer driver. Why is that ?

I have the last version of windows 10 available and the also the last bios.
