The 8265 card is most-certainly supported by both the latest (22.110.1 Wireless and 22.110.2 Bluetooth) versions of the driver packages. Here is (partial) view of the list of supported cards:

To verify, I just did an update of one of the Intel NUCs that is equipped with this card and the packages installed just fine. I also checked one of the Intel NUCs that has the even older 8260 card version and they installed just fine there too.

Now, is it possible that HP supplied you with an OEM version of the card? In this case, you need to be using the releases of the packages that are supplied by HP.

Hope this helps,

...S

Hi have a HP Elitebook with the 8265 wireless card.

I'm unable to install the new driver 22.110.1 because this driver is not supported with the 8265 card.

We still have the Internet connectivity loses after reauthentication with the 8265 model

Will a new driver will be released soon for the 8265?

What are the options for the oldest model?

Thanks
