Thank you Scott

I don't have the mentioned key for the hacked product and I'm too lazy to fumble through the key bunches proposed by generous guyzz in the Net. So, I can't (with all due respect in place) accept your suggestion as solution.

Installing just the driver will not give you bluetooth, unless you have bluetooth hardware capability.

Do you have bluetooth hardware? Be very specific.

thanks for noticing, Alhill

it's all too new for me never used Bluetooth. Here is how DSA describes network hardware on my PC:

Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller

VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter

N300 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter #2

Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter

Are they enough? Should I look for an addition?

[Maybe Windows 12 will be better] May be driving a Porsche would be better but I have only what I have — this not genuine copy of pirated Windows, you know.

No, but remember that you can use your Windows 7 license key to install (alas, not upgrade) Windows 10 and then you can upgrade to Windows 11.
