About a day ago my internet went out, so I checked my device manager. Next to my Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9461 driver it had a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it. I checked the properties of it and it said:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.
I tried uninstalling and restarting, cold rebooting, clean installations, updating it with this, and removing any hardware before it happened, to no avail. Can you help me?neither of these worked

Hello Leastyto,

Thanks for your response.

My suggestion to contact the OEM is so you can receive further troubleshooting support regarding your issue. The issue seems related to hardware; however, your OEM may have other software support that may help solve the problem.

Also, if you like, you can create a report using the Intel<LI-EMOJI id="lia_registered" title=":registered:"></LI-EMOJI> System Support Utility (Intel<LI-EMOJI id="lia_registered" title=":registered:"></LI-EMOJI> SSU); so I can look through it and see if I found other recommendations.

• Download the Intel SSU (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/25293/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html)

• Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel<LI-EMOJI id="lia_registered" title=":registered:"></LI-EMOJI> SSU will take you to the "Summary View."

• Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."

• To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."

Best regards,

Jean O.

Intel Customer Support Technician
