      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an Intel Ultrabook&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Model: HSBUB-SDS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FCC ID: RMXHSBUB-SDS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Product code: UBHB2SISQ&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm facing an issue with the Wifi driver/device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the general tab I can see:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This device cannot start. (Code 10)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;{Operation Failed}&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;The requested operation was unsuccessful.&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The event log says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device SD\VID_02d0&amp;amp;PID_4324&amp;amp;FN_1\4&amp;amp;35924bed&amp;amp;0&amp;amp;0 requires further installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please have a look on the snipping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Julien Garrigue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The wireless forum wasn't available for me when I created the post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a member of the system support team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, it is a Broadcom but usually, because it's provided by Intel, the manufacturer says to request Intel. Maybe you have specific details to contact them and get support?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My manager gave it to me to fix the Wifi issue . There should be a 1-800 number, along with serial number and product code. The product referenced by @Julien_Garrigue is a pre-production software development platform that is several years old and has reached end of support criteria. If the device is defective, and can no longer be used, we can send instructions for how to return the system, but for relatively simple driver issues like this, we may be able to help, but we would need you to call the 1-800 number and provide the requested information detailed in the voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
