Hi, im Ranjith

im using dell Inspiron 15 3567 -- Intel 7th Gen laptop,

im changed my OS windows 10 pro- on last month, now im facing bluetooth not showing in my laptop..

Already im installed latest bluetooth drivers but it not showing device manager ....

im tried lot method but now really disappointing to bluetooth issue...

Anyone please help me

how solve this issue...

What wireless adapter do you have installed?

Im add Network adapter screen-short in this comment please check it..

Im also trying lot of Bluetooth drivers,

If I may add to this conversation, based on the screenshots that you have provided the model of the Wireless and Bluetooth adapter is Qualcomm QCA9377 which is not manufactured by Intel.

The best next step for your issue is to contact your laptop manufacturer, in this case, Dell to get further support on this problem. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
