Wi-Fi test tool or SDK to develop it

Our tablet that contains Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX210 Wi-Fi module is under the certification process. In the certification process, we have to provide solutions for several test scenarios.
We have to transmit continuous Wi-Fi, BT, and BLE signals without connecting to any infrastructure or other device.
With the high-level API or SDK provided by the Windows system, we can't do that.
Is there a test application for doing this or is there any API or SDK which can be used to develop a test application?
