Hey Andres,

Here is an update, from the looks of it, it look good for the first hour of yesterday, then after a while, it tripped multiple event IDs of the one I showed before. This time, however, it looks to be the event IDs are different:

Event ID 7021 (does not event data)

Event ID 7018 (does not event data)

Event ID 7017 (has event data)

Event ID 7010 (has event data)

Event ID 7005 (has event data)

Event ID 7027 (has event data)

Event ID 8000 (has event data)

These were all tripped @ 5/10/23, 10:17:54 PM and stopped after 10:18 PM, they all said the same thing about Netwtw12 having the component missing (not installed) or corrupt. however, each one would have event data of "\Device\NDMP14 Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz" or just show nothing. Then today, where it only tripped the following

Event ID 7021 (does not event data)

Event ID 7003 (has event data)

That is all I have for now, hopefully this helps and could have a solution.

Intel Net Driver Update problem Version 22.200.2.1 & Bluetooth Version 22.210.0.3

Before I begin, I have swapped out my network adapter for a new one this January, the one I have now is a Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz, and started to notice a problem first hand when the WiFi 22.30.0_Driver64_Win10.exe said I already have this version or newer, so the disc is useless. I presume I must of did something wrong when putting in the new adapter, but the only thing I did was put it in my second slot for WiFi adapters instead of the first slot (Note I can put two adapters in this PC). So when it comes to the update version for both Net and Bluetooth, it just corrupts (according to event viewer) and I have to uninstall them to prevent making my internet from being unusable. The weird part is, they show up twice in the Optional updates instead of just once (I'll post an image to show what I'm seeing). My only solution is just not updating them period, but I wanted to see if there was anything that can be done instead.

Hi Andres,

Here are both the event logged screenshot, and the SSU info. and about if it was working before, it would only work if I do not download said updates shown in the duplicate screenshot, and the previous network adapter I had was an older model of this one, swapped out due to an accident with the wires snapping for the antennas. Also, at the current moment i rolled back before the updates were installed.

I will be looking forward for any suggestions to allow the updates to work.

Hello Quackenhiemer,

Many thanks for your patience on this matter.

Feel free to take a look at the following article about Regulatory Information Regarding Wireless Hardware Installation or Upgrade (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005687/wireless.html), since the adapter was integrated to your board. Based on this, I would also suggest contacting the board manufacturer for further support. If the issues started after integrating the wireless adapter, this could be related to compatibility.

You may also try the drivers recommended by the board manufacturer.

Contact OEM: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-intel.html?tab=system-manufacturers

Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Steven G.

Intel Customer Support Technician.

Excellent, thank you for the info Steven, and Andres. I appreciate the help tracking down the possible sources of the issue.

I will update if I no longer get anymore events logged regarding the adapter.

Sincerely,

Quackenhiemer
