installing latest bluetooth driver (BT-22.220.1-64UWD-Win10-Win11) has made my bluetooth stop workin

bluetooth was working fine until i updated it.. the bluetooth is coming from a wireless adapter.

i have tried removing, repairing but every time i click on the installation it states that bluetooth is still installed after removing.

Uknown USB device ( Device descriptor request failed) Driver error pops up in device manager

when i uninstall it bluetooth pops up in device manager but cant go into properties or anything..

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. What is the brand and model name of your wireless adapter?

2. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?

3. Is the Wi-Fi working?

4. Is this a laptop or desktop computer?

5. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?

6. Can you take a picture of the error from the device manager?

I have experienced the same issue after installing BT-22.220.1-64UWD-Win10-Win11.exe
