      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Bluetooth device keyboard or mouse will not work again after entering sleep mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This symptom occurs intermittently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you look at the event history&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device does not start (BTHUSB)&lt;BR /&gt;USB\VID_8087&amp;amp;PID_0033\5&amp;amp;2cdbcaf7&amp;amp;0&amp;amp;10&lt;BR /&gt;There is a problem starting the device.&lt;BR /&gt;Driver Name: oem32.inf&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Class&lt;/SPAN&gt; GUID: {e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974}&lt;BR /&gt;Service: BTHUSB&lt;BR /&gt;Subfilter: ibtusb&lt;BR /&gt;Top Filters:&lt;BR /&gt;Problem: 0x0&lt;BR /&gt;Problem status: 0xC00000E5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can check the above and details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Surface Pro 9 laptop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Intel Bluetooth version 22.220.1.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The symptoms are the same even if you delete the driver or rollback.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
