WIFI IS NOT SHOWING

My WIFI system suddenly disappeared. My device manager is not detecting any presence of wireless driver. I tried downloading and installing Intel dual band wireless ac product, I even tried to reset the PC but still no success. Help out Please

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?

2. Is the Bluetooth working?

3. What is the BIOS version installed?

4. What is the Windows 1o version and build?

5. What is the brand and model name of your wireless adapter?

6. Was the Wi-Fi working before? When did the issue start?
