PROSet/Wireless Software for Windows 10 (WILL NOT UPDATE)

I am trying to update the PROSet for Windows 10 but when I do, it displays "timed out".

I have also tried downloading from the Intel website but that won't work either.

It shows Error 404 website not found.

Can any help me with this problem?

I also have a Toshiba Satellite E45t-A4300.

With a intel CORE i5.

And the manual update, normally it doesn't work. I had the 17.0.15.5 (something like that) and the update kept saying that there was no newer version, so..

Oh, u mean through the Intel Driver Utility? That's probably cause it is "linked" somehow to the broken links.
