Bluetooth: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649.

I recommend installing the Bluetooth driver before the Wireless driver.

Remember that you should install the Intel Chipset Device Software and Intel Management Engine Software packages before installing these Wireless packages. Your motherboard manufacturer should have provided these packages on their download server.

As @n_scott_pearson mentioned, the Intel Chipset Device Software and Intel Management Engine Software packages are provided by the motherboard manufacturer.

In order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response, that way I can help you with the link.
