Bluetooth problem Intel Wireless-AC 7260

I had Dell Vostro 5470, with the wireless card Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260

I wanna connect my bluetooth speaker but It shows that it connects and briefly reads "Connected" and then quickly switches to "Not Connected".

I update the drivers but doesn't work

I tested with last version of Intel (17.0.1401.03)

and the last version of the vendor (DELL)

any suggestions?

Hello alv111,

There are many troubleshooting steps you can try but I would like to know first what is the Operating System installed and other components so, can you please attach here the system information report?

How to get it?

System Information: Click Start> Type System Information> Click File> Export> Save File> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.
