What is your OS?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Is it working fine before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Did you change any settings or configuration before the issue started?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.       <title>Bluetooth (Intel® Wireless-AC 9560) on Windows 11 Does Not See Bluetooth Devices</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a computer based on the GIGABYTE Z590 UD AC motherboard. This motherboard has the Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 built-in module that provides Bluetooth and Wi-Fi interfaces.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is that when searching for devices on Windows, it does not see any, although connecting devices are also searching, for example a phone or a bluetooth mouse. And It has the phone can see the mouse and connect to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the Wi-Fi interface works normal. There doesn't have some errores or something like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to install drivers for this module from &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/99446/intel-wirelessac-9560/downloads.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;the official Intel site&lt;/A&gt; but it didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As I remember, It wasn't.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;4. I tried to delete them completely and install again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I have already discussed this problem on Microsoft Community and it finished with the advice to reinstall OS.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello SphoulerBackstone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you already tried the drivers from Intel, I also checked the website of your motherboard. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the Bluetooth is embedded, this controller may have been altered or modified by the motherboard manufacturer that's why they have their own driver.
