I have the same issue using the AX210D2W. Can you please share the operating system that is currently installed in your system? You can use DRTU tools to test AX210D2W.

Hmm, if you want to get further support and official documentation about the Intel® Diagnostics and Regulatory Testing Utility (Intel® DRTU) for any Intel® Wireless Adapter, you can review the following support channels:

Contact a Field Application Engineer (FAE): If your company has its own Intel® representative, you may want to inquire if they can assist you with this inquiry. Your company's Purchasing Department will normally have your Intel® representative's contact information. If you do not have a contact, you may want to speak with a Field Application Engineer from a local distributor to see whether they are able to help. A list of Intel® Authorized Distributors can be found here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/partner/where-to-buy/overview.html

Visit the Intel® Resource & Design Center and sign up to find technical documentation, software, tools, and support: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/design/resource-design-center.html
