Intel Wifi AX (No Internet) Intermittent/ChangeReason: CapabilityReset

Hello Team,

There is an intermittent issue impacting all users as random users connected to Wifi but at random times do not have an internet connection. This takes about a few seconds then the internet will be okay back. We have checked with Cisco and the Network team there is no issue

When the disconnect happens, it always coincides with the following series of event logs. The wireless security triad repeats every 3-10 seconds, which seems excessive? Then the capability change, CapabilityReset occurs and the wireless drops from anywhere between a couple of seconds, and 5 minutes.

Here we use Cisco Network with SSID WPA2-Enterprise (connected by certificate)

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz / Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz / driver 22.230 and 22.250

Laptop vendor HP

Cisco WLC ios 8.10.185

Cisco AP model 1852

i checked many other thread for the same issue but this is no solution provided.

Is this issue solved? we have a very similar issue in a customer with AX201 and Aruba Access Points.

We are using lastest driver 23.80.1.

I also have similar issue with exact same Network Adapter. Driver version: 23.60.1.2
