Hello,

recently I am having problems with WiFi connection in Windows 10 , do not connect and events shows me error 5060, this does not happen with Windows 8 , both teams are under in same domain , the same policies, same make and model , which could be happening?

both laptops have the same drivers have tried other mark and the same can work well with Windows 8 but does not work with Windows 10.....

my access point are cisco,

Could you please be so kind and let us know which Intel® Wireless Adapter do you have installed in this computer?

Is the Wireless Adapter the one installed by factory or did you replace it?
