Hi HP16,

Thank you for reaching us, in order to further investigate on the issue, we will be needing the following information:

When did the issue started? Are there any recent changes happened on the computer before getting the issue?
Have you done any troubleshooting step before contacting us?
What is the exact error on the device manager.
- To get the exact error, right click on the yellow bang and click properties, go to driver tab and from there you will see the exact error message.
