Wifi "stutter" Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz

This problem started about a month ago. At first, every couple of minutes, my wifi would disconnect for a couple of seconds, and then come right back on. I contacted my service provider, nothing was wrong. It is only happening to my PC. So I uninstalled my driver, installed the newest version. it no longer disconnects for a couple of seconds, but it now stops very briefly, causing a "stutter". I have rolled back the driver, same issue. I am completely open to any ideas. There was an event around the time this happened, the power in my house went in and out very briefly. I am not sure if this is connected or not, because I cannot remember this happening right afterwards.

I have a few questions regarding the issue you're experiencing. Could you please provide answers to the following:

Regarding the stuttering, are you indicating that the wireless connection is intermittently disconnecting?
When did this issue first start to occur?
Share the Intel® System Support Utility logs so I can thoroughly review your system configuration and check the driver versions on your computer. You can upload the logs to this post.
Have you tried connecting your computer to a different modem/router to see if the issue persists?
