When did this issue first occur?

2. Is the adapter the original one that came pre-installed in your system, or have you recently changed or installed a new adapter?

3. Was Windows 11 the previous operating system on the computer? If so, what prompted you to switch to Linux?
Hello Earl,

I have had this error message for a while, I switched to Linux a year ago and can't remember a time I did not have this error.
The adapter is the one that came with the laptop. Lastly windows 11 was the OS that came on the device. I switched to Linux for personal reasons

Hi knopper,

Thank you for sharing this update with us, I'm happy to know that the issue is now resolved by the firmware update.

If ever the issue persists, its best if you try to contact your OEM for additional troubleshooting since they provide the firmware updates.

If you need further assistance, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
