I had the same problem with the previous version 23.110.00. It turns out that my driver not working is related to the latest updates. I have searched and looked everywhere on the internet about this issue. While researching this issue, I even came across people who had similar problems on some foreign forums such as reddit. I started experiencing these problems after version 23.60.0.1. I am fed up with these problems. You ruined the drivers after version 23.60.0.1. I am currently using 23.60.0.1.
