Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz keep resetting

Hello,

I bought a Mele Quieter 4C (fanless Mini PC) with a Intel 9560 inside. However WiFi keeps resetting.

I tried drivers 23.60 and 23.120, didn't change anything. I tried to limite bandwidth of 5Ghz to 20 Mhz, didn't fix. I flushed the DNS, didn't fix. I disabled the option to turn off the adapter to save power, didn't fix. I put a WiFi booster literally 3 meters away to make sure signal was good, didn't fix. I rebooted the computer a number of times, didn't fix.

I feel like I exhausted all I could think of.

This issue is always the same, a loop of errors 5002, 5005, 5032 (and 5007 sometimes).

This makes the PC unusable (as I use it with a remote desktop software, but it disconnects every 2 to 10 seconds).

I'm running Windows 11.

Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your system configuration with me. This will help us thoroughly assess the situation and offer an accurate solution. You can do this by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*. Once downloaded, launch SSU.exe.

Scan: Check the box for Everything.
Click Scan.
Review: When the scan is complete, click Next.
Click Save (.txt).
Attach the SSU log file in your reply.

Yes, indeed this is a Mele Mini PC N100.

Here is the scan log. I also tried the version 23.30 of the driver, but the problem persists.

Please perform a clean installation of the latest driver, version 23.120.0.3. Additionally, refer to this link for Recommended Settings for 802.11ac Connectivity.

Have you attempted to install the latest customized drivers from your system manufacturer's driver page? If not, please reach out to your system manufacturer to obtain the latest drivers for your pre-installed Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 and proceed with a clean installation.

Yes, I followed their instructions, installed drivers 23.30 that they told me to, but it didn't fix the problem either.

So far, I tried clean install of drivers 23.30, 23.60 and 23.120. None of them fixed it.
