My BE200 network card is restricted to version 23.10.0.2!

Device ManagerAIDA64After installing the latest Intel driver 23.120.0 on the DELL workstation (Intel chipset C246), my BE200 network card cannot be enabled. When I downgraded to version 23.10.0.2, my network card was still able to drive, but the Bluetooth module was driving normally in my PC Device Manager without any issues. However, I am unable to open it in Windows 11 settings. What problem have I encountered. Dell Workstation Details: model: Precision3630 CPU： Intel Xeon E-2146G GPU：NVIDIA P2000 5G BIOS： 2.33.0 (latest version in April this year) Windows version: Windows 11 Professional Edition Windows version number: 23H2 Windows system version: 22631.5039 Windows Experience Version: 1000.2270.1074.0

I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please help provide the missing key information below:

1) Please confirm if this is the actual system device that you have.

2) Was this system pre-installed with Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE200, or is it an upgrade component?

3) Can you confirm both wireless and Bluetooth are getting the "error code: 10"?

If yes, you may proceed downloading both OEM drivers for wireless and Bluetooth
- Intel BE2xx/AX4xx/AX2xx/9xxx Wi-Fi Driver (23.110.0.5, A60)
- Intel BE2xx/AX4xx/AX2xx/9xxx and Killer BE17xx/AX16xx Bluetooth Driver (23.100.1.1, A52)
Then proceed with the clean installation steps below:
- Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers
- How to Perform a Clean Installation of Bluetooth Drivers
Perform a Cold reboot of the system after reinstalling the driver.

If the issue persists, please share your system configuration so I fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

Scan: Check the box Everything.
Click Scan.
Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
Click Save (.txt).
Attach the file as you reply.

Unfortunately, even with the official DELL driver, I am unable to successfully drive my BE200 wireless network and Bluetooth. This network card is an additional one that I purchased, and I noticed that my BE200 version is 001. Is there any incompatibility between this version of the network card and the new driver?
I have already sent my SSU file in the attachment, please help me check which ones may cause this issue.

And I noticed that my southbridge chipset version is C246, which is mentioned in Intel's documentation as supporting Intel SST (Smart Sound) technology. However, I cannot see it in the system devices in Device Manager, enable Intel Smart Sound OED and bus, or support LE Audio properly. Is there a solution to this?

Hey, I saw some errors in the event manager on my Windows, I wonder if I can improve the issue with the network card driver for you:
1. Unable to allocate resources required for the operation
2. The system determines that the operation mode of the network adapter is inappropriate
3. The network adapter returns invalid values to the driver program
These errors all occurred in Netwaw16, do they indicate that this 23.120 driver is not compatible with my BE200?

Upon reviewing the case, it appears to be a potential compatibility issue. According to the Precision 3630 Tower specifications, the supported wireless cards are the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 9260 (Thunder Peak 2) 802.11AC 2x2 Wi-Fi + BT 5 LE M.2 Wireless Card and the Qualcomm QCA9377 dual band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Card. I just hope to share these information with you:

Installation or use of Intel® Wireless Adapters is subject to country-specific legal regulations. Some countries require the Intel® Wireless Adapters to be certified with the antenna that is intended to be used together in the system, while some countries require the Intel® Wireless Adapter to be certified at the full system level.

An Intel® Wireless Adapter installed in a system that is being sold on the market doesn't necessarily mean that same wireless adapter can be used or installed in any other systems for the above mentioned reason.

As each country may have different regulatory requirements, before you install/change the Intel® Wireless Adapter in a system, you must contact the system manufacturer to determine if the Intel® Wireless Adapters you plan to install is approved for use in your system and country. You are required to follow the manufacturer's post-approval requirements.

If the manufacturer doesn't have the necessary approvals, the party installing the device is responsible for approvals. Installing adapters in an unauthorized system may be illegal. The end user is not authorized to install the Intel® Wireless Adapters (except the retail products below). Only the manufacturer or its authorized representative can install the adapters.

If you have already performed the integration, it is also important to understand that it may not work due to hardware or software compatibility issues or dependencies.

May I ask how you performed the driver update (23.120 driver which showed being incompatible with your BE200)?
Have you tried to obtain version 23.10.0.2, as our latest wireless driver version is 23.130.1.1? If not, please try to proceed with that version by following the clean installation steps here.
Have you tried contacting DELL regarding this issue?
I also suggest loading the BIOS to default settings and checking for any changes.

As far as I know, except for the inability to enable the 6GHZ band, the rest of the BE200 functions can be used normally in mainland China; before upgrading from AC9520 to BE200, I removed all Intel wireless drivers in the operating system, and after installing BE200, I downloaded the matching drivers from Intel's BE200 details page; when I failed to drive BE200 for the first time, I sent a consultation to the DELL China Community (the relevant link is attached at the end), and followed the community's answer to me and performed the operation, but it still failed; this computer was installed with Windows 10 when it left the factory, and I downloaded the new version of the 24H2 image from the Microsoft official website for installation; while waiting for your reply on April 29, I had already performed a clean installation and installed the 23.130 driver (it was not marked as "latest" at the time), but unfortunately, I still couldn't drive it normally.
After that, I tried to install BE200 on my Lenovo LEGION Y7000 2019 PG0 laptop. Previously, this laptop was updated from AC9560 to AX200 without any abnormality. However, after BE200 was installed, I installed the latest driver from Intel's official website, and still received the same error and log prompt as my DELL desktop, but the 23.10 driver can be enabled correctly.So please continue to help me find the problem.
DELL community link: When installing BE200 with adapter board on Precision 3630, an error message appears saying that it cannot be enabled!
