    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After I updated Intel Connectivity Performance Suite (ICPS), the update process ended with a failure message. Since then, every time I turn on my laptop, I get the following popup:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;“Your PC doesn’t have an app that can open this link: icpslauncher.”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Even after uninstalling ICPS and deleting its files, this message still appears on startup.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I also tried reinstalling ICPS, but the installation fails.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How can I completely remove ICPS and stop this message from appearing? Are you having any issues?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I saw an update notification from Intel Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant (DSA), so I proceeded with the update to keep my system up to date.&lt;BR /&gt;However, the update failed, and after that, every time I turn on my laptop, I receive a popup message saying:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Your PC doesn't have an app that can open this link: icpslauncher."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. Are you experiencing any connectivity issues right now?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No, I am not experiencing any connectivity problems. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are working normally. The issue is only related to the ICPS software and the icpslauncher link popup.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3. Which driver version did you download and install?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The version I attempted to install was 40.25.3240, delivered through Intel Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant.&lt;BR /&gt;However, the installation failed, and I was not able to reinstall it successfully afterward.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please find the attached SSU report as requested. Let me know if there's any additional information I can provide.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi Jed,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thank you for your detailed instructions and assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I followed all the recommended steps to uninstall Intel® Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant (DSA), verified compatibility, and then manually attempted to install Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite (ICPS) version &lt;STRONG&gt;40.25.3240&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Unfortunately, the installation failed during the final step. I received a message stating:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"ICPS installation appears to have failed. Do you want to continue the installation?"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I chose &lt;STRONG&gt;“No”&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and the wizard then displayed:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"The wizard was interrupted before Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite could be completely installed."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I’ve attached screenshots of both messages for your reference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Despite the installation failure, I’m still receiving the same popup every time I start my laptop:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;“Your PC doesn't have an app that can open this link: icpslauncher.”&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thank you again for your time and support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Best regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Margotae&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also have this problem after updated Intel Connectivity Performance Suite. I tried disabling all intel service, and didn't work. All report about this bug on the Internet were in May 2025. So I guess it is caused by the newest update version of ICPS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I also tried install old version of ICPS, didn't work either. How can I fix this bug?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi Jed,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I followed @Liq’s suggestion and opened Task Scheduler.&lt;BR /&gt;Instead of disabling the &lt;STRONG&gt;Intel Connectivity Performance Suite Startup Task&lt;/STRONG&gt;, I chose to &lt;STRONG&gt;delete&lt;/STRONG&gt; it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;After restarting the laptop, the popup no longer appears. I also checked Task Scheduler again, and the ICPS task is no longer listed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;It seems that this has resolved the issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi KMSaicharan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed @Liq’s recommendation and deleted the Intel Connectivity Performance Suite Startup Task in Task Scheduler. After that, the popup no longer appeared on my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There has been no problem with my system since then. It’s safe as this only removes the startup task for ICPS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
