Hello MA88,

It seems that you're facing issues with the Wi-Fi after performing an update. For me to address this properly, please share the information below.

1. What did you update specifically?

2. Were you able to have wireless connection in a normal/expected performance before?

3. Is this a laptop or desktop system?

4. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?

5. Is this issue happening at home, office environment or both?

6. Have you checked if this issue happens on different networks?

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

I hope to hear from you soon.

Best regards,

Jed G.

Intel Customer Support Technician
