Hello to all who have the problem of the popup KillerManagerLauncher Link popping up.

To remove the popup, go to regedit then hit crtl+F. Type in KillerNetworkManagerLauncher. When it is found, right click on it and delete the entries. There is more than one entry so keep clicking crtl+F until all are deleted and regedit returns a message of "finished". Share this with everyone who has this problem.

Thank you, Matt

Hi all,

This registry solution will not work as the attempt to launch the "killernetworkmanagerlauncher'' link is a Scheduled Task. Good news is it's easy to delete the scheduled task that does this and generates the popup.

Just type in "Scheduled Tasks" in your search bar and open it. For me on the latest build of Windows 11 the task was in the root folder with "Killer"in the name. Select and delete it, job done! No more pointless searching through the registry which I spent hours doing before I found this real solution.

Finally enjoy no popup coming up again. Get rid of all Killer Network apps as it actually degrades performance by about 50%. Intel should be ashamed of themselves for still pushing this as a performance enhancement for networking. Rivet should be even more ashamed for writing the Installer that leaves so much rubbish behind including the Scheduled Task and numerous registry entries!

Regards,

               Dennis
