      <title>Intel BE200 FTM 802.11mc/az support</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Intel Support team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm doing independent research for my Masters Thesis, conducting experiments on Fine Timing Measurement (FTM) protocol.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;According to the Intel® Wi‑Fi 7 BE200 Product Brief (ID: &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;761674 Date: 2024-01-11) ,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;the adapter supports Fine Timing Measurement (FTM) based on IEEE 802.11mc and is hardware‑ready for IEEE 802.11az (Wi‑Fi Location R2). However during testing I was unable to start the FTM responder/initiator&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;capabilities. I'm using Ubuntu 25.04 x86_64 with&amp;nbsp;6.14.0-23-generic kernel.
