Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Is this a laptop or desktop system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Are you able to use other frequency without issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Is this issue happening at home, office environment or both?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report.
