Did you fix your problem?
I am using a AX210 in a notebook equipped with an i5-8250u (and Windows 11 25H2). I found that i can not install the required divers for BLEA, as my CPU is too old. The required driver would be the "Intel Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth LE Audio" , which is supported for intel 12th Generation and newer.
In case i you managed to find a solution, please let me know (and maybe also your CPU or SoC).

Hi

I am strugling to get hearing aids working. They use bluetooth LE audio.

I just updated Windows 11 to 24H2, one of the feature is supposed to be support for hearing aids.

They pair/connect just fine, and I can see the battery level, but the hearing aids to not appear in the audio device output choice list.

Any idea? Using Intel AX211 WiFi/Bluetooth.

I'm really unsatisfied with this answer. Microsoft now allegedly has support for BTLEA yet even with the latest Intel drivers off Intel.com, Windows 11 still claims that my AX211 doesn't support support BTLEA/Hearing Devices.

I wish you guys would stop pointing fingers at each other and fix this.

I am also really curious about this? with windows 11 latest version as of 2/5/25 and the latest drivers for the ax211, windows still claims my laptop is not bluetooth LE compatible. Is there nothing to do here besides wait for intel and microsoft to work together on this?

My hearing aids (PhonaK Audeo P90-R) were working until late 2024 sometime. Now the right one will connect, then disconnects. The left one doesn't even show up as an unknown. They both work fine with my Samsung S24+ (or even the old S8 model). Other devices, like my Beats Pill, connected after about 10 repeated efforts connecting to an UNKNOWN BT listing. The playback is static filled or doesn't play at all. My Samsung S24+ pairs but won't connect to the Lenovo and just keeps spitting connection PINs, then disconnecting. I keep getting unknown device and Troubleshoot Bluetooth. I have tried to download and install older drivers but it keeps telling me there is a newer driver available. I have deleted the Bluetooth entries in Device Manager but that doesn't help.

I had to create a new community account because it won't let me log out of this one and log into the one I previously created. I have used the Support options to no avail. I totally agree with the image above; finger pointing 10/10. It's sad that no one at these companies is able to help. I'd like to just roll back the Bluetooth driver to sometime last year when everything was working so well. I don't know when it all went south but if I ever get it back I'm turning off all update features I can find. What a nightmare
